About me
The journey of Virtual Assistance began in January 2018, in Central America, Nicaragua. I got there because of a personal decision and I paved the way for my future work in the virtual world. I have been employed in the tourism and events sector for years, from receptionist to trade fair team leader to operations executive for cruise ships. This gave me a lot of practical experience, and I was able to improve my soft and hard skills.
I have always been interested in the Administration field. That interest and the desire to finally work independently became a reality.

Administration
Scheduling, Content Marketing, translations into German, English and Spanish, FBA Amazon admin support, Internet Research, data collection, invoice preparation and invoicing.
Customer Service
Handling customer complaints and answering general inquiries, refunds or exchanges via e-mail, quality management, preparation of offers and order processing.
Project Management
Operational planning, implementation, control and realization of smaller projects and management of internal and external communication.
